BTC needs to breakout of the short-term downtrend REVISED

REVISED: included bullish and bearish reversal levels
BTC not out of the short-term downtrend red dotted-line channel. It needs to breakout into the green mid-term uptrend channel . RSI and 21-EMA support a breakout :-)
