MY BBB idea:Bulls limited, Bears in charge, But not past halving

I know the past 48 has seen much doom n gloom, but im hear to let you know, with this unwarranted savior call, the bulls will be back soon, for a short run, then well see the low of 5500 tested, and i think well see a massive spike just to leave the bears hibernating after the feast of a two year run.,
Not financial advise, but im hedging and watching, like yall are ;)

I forgot, i had this retest level long ago, so take that with a grain of salt, if you look back, its on some of my charts, so obviously, i've been around bitcoins blocks (pun intended) since 2013
