Bitcoin has just about a month of sideways channel movement , the clear definition of a range. We will eventually break out of this pattern in an explosive manner. The present count suggests a low has been already reached but the price is not confirming . The lack of upside impulse puts the count on a weak footing, but until the 7800 level gives way , there is not much to do. Sometimes you "feel" a level will break and you take a position , only to find out that it holds and it rallies strongly in the opposite direction. It might not be the case here, but the market needs to prove it. We need to get above 8800 to eliminate the downside pressure at least near term. If we break lower , as i have mentioned in previous counts we are looking at 6500-7500 as area of strong support , where multiple levels of fibs, trendlines , and previous zones of support converge . The idea remains that of a rally above 14k in what could be a 5th or a larger 3rd wave , upon the completion of this correction.
