Is BTC repeating 2019 bear market bounce?

BTC peaked at 30% below ATH in July 2019, which was before the halving in May 2020. Now, BTC failed to break the 30% from ATH in the first week of December 2023, which is before the halving in April 2024. That means potentially BTC could revisit 30k in the coming weeks.

BTC bottomed out 2 months before the halving in 2019. So, in 2024, the bottom could be February or March based on this theory.
