Moving Average is a popular and great indicator. It has lots of strategies attached to it. Of the pool of numerous strategies linked to it, I'll teach three main uses of the moving average of which I've observed to be most effective.

Moving Average is an indicator that calculates the average closing price of a particular currency pair for the last "X" periods and plots it as a point on the chart. It does this progressively for the preceding "x" periods thus forming a moving average.
