The stock has been making a rounding bottom for about a year now (also the handle of the long term C&H). The setup is a textbook example of a low volume handle, plus the stock is now approaching the breakout point on high volume bars.
Caplin point has been a great compounder in the last decade. So it will be on the radar of almost all institutions. I sense some growth triggers have probably sprung into action. Let's see how it fares from here.
