Celebi Akash Services did not fall because India revoked its security clearance. It fell because it had completed a higher level wave iii with a triangle in previous wave 4 of one lesser degree. And market knew in advance . It has now almost at the end of correction (-40%) till the previous wave 4 of one lesser degree but can buy only on a reversal candle .
