$DJI SHORT BEARISH PATTERN TARGETING 26464 THEN BOUNCE AND DROP
The main reason for this bearish idea is RSI its keep showing clear weakens.. if Market jump and Break up RSI (red trend line) then we can talk about strong bullish trend but it keeps falling which indicates market weakness too... and suggest that RSI will go back to purchasing area near 30s also stochastic showing negativity .
volume on Friday was higher too so maybe we will have small bounce on Monday opening then drop fast or maybe open lower then continue falling without real bounce..
Down trends target 26464 then 25800- 25400 -25200
it will be good opportunity for inter-day traders with options chains..
if open lower then put options will be fine
if open higher then options chain such as strangle will be better..
Important Note: still 6 sessions to 28th Oct (FED- DAYS) Also 30th Oct is $AAPL $FB This is main date for stocks investors .. with this bearish pattern market can drop extremely in just one day and expect to see drop by 800-1000 points in any day .. i think it will be before 28th Oct ..who knows... let see ....thanks for reading
