The dow jones index has reached the fib retracement 161.8% what is the new ATH.
In my forecast I had expected it much later in this year (autumn 2018). And I had expected it would be the end-point of the fifth motive wave.
With this momentum in the market (see indicators) it is possible that the dji will surpass the fib retracement and climb to higher highs. Fundamentally I don´t see negative signs; the policy of Trump might not be the best but with his tax reform and energy policy I expect more gains for american industry. And Dollar to Euro is weakening.
Scenario A)
DJI crosses fib retracment with momentum and climbs fo higher highs - in this case next aim would be fib retracement 261.8% (38.405) and EW motive wave 5 would be longer
Scenario B)
DJI bounces back and stays in sideways trend till momentum is coming back.
Scenario C)
DJI remains in sideways trend channel and then enters directly in wave A (corrective).
