DOT close to a breakout!

Here's a quick look at DOT 6 hr chart. As we can see, the price range is getting tighter and we should see a breakout very soon. The best entry would be, when the price breaks above the level shown in the chart with good amount of volume .

Targets:
1. 23.5$
2. 28$
