I would say this fits the bill for incoming administration and backed by trust at $10(assuming this one is like all the others) per share making the attached half warrant a bonus upon separation.
Anything over $10 per share is the premium if you're using a spac to hedge. Leaving this as a hedge against a bubble pop that would hit metals too, theoretically making the trust backed spac one of the best hedges with public access.

I own a significant portion(relative to my portfolio) of these units at $10.655, making my total possible loss(via trust value) is the $0.655 per share but I should be able to work that out considering certain mechanics and the focus of this particular spac.
