Continuous Breakout and Retrace Pattern

I use Fibonacci speed lines often and began noticing a pattern. The pullbacks are often retracing to previous breakouts. Worth noting is that the 2019 breakout from the 2018 pullback has not been retested yet. *If* it does retest the 2019 breakout then it would be better for it to happen sooner than later. The more time it continues upward before retesting the 2019 breakout, the further it will fall to get there. ES1!SPYSPX
