I have been working on transferring all of my great indicators I have made/sold for Tradestation into Tradingview, and this is a rather heavy one that I hope to sell to the Tview masses soon!
"Measured Moves" uses my proprietary ZigZag method to find fractal HH and LL points and then measures the distances of sets of points. It then takes these measurements and projects them up or down from the next respective points in the chart (only shows last 3 sets). The method I developed is worth the money for a few reasons:
The algorithm underlying for this study to 'look & work ahead of your trading' took a long time to perfect. However, I was able to use it as a template for other ABC-XYZ triangulation studies, notably a 'Fibonacci Retracement and Extension' finding indicator, also soon to come. You may find I have been posting Dynamic Range studies as well, and all of these are extremely useful in that they lead you to the trade instead of trail the trade late. More to come. :)

- 1. My ZZ method is adaptive to the chart interval so you will never have to set the "percent reversal" needs like you do on typical ZZ's; mine simply has ONE sensitivity input and is useful right out of the box on any symbol or timeframe resolution.
- 2. The levels that pertain to the current move are printed before price gets there and has no lagging feel whatsoever!
- 3. Though many moves are blown by or not reached, it is uncanny how many MM's are hit on the nose as in the picture, or often pauses in price movements happen at the levels. Realtime it was intuitively easy to make a decision to take the intraday long off the table - pic.
- 4. The system is based on an XYZ triangle pattern (similar to ABCDE patterns). Layering this study onto "Elliot Wave" or similar studies will result in an intense upgrade to your triangulatory trading.

Works on H.A./Renko Charts - so long as it posts highs and lows it works on any chart and timeframe!
