Pretty solid double pattern pattern forming here. Timing seems makes perfect sense. ETC near all time low against bitcoin. Atlantis Fork coming up in September. Lots of alts have had some big action, this one hasn't yet. The volume is there, if big volume exists during a confirmation breakout, this coin has some real potential for gains against bitcoin.
