ETH/BTC might look like it's been reversing a bit, but it actually looks bullish to me since its testing the top of the long term resistance trend line as support now. It already bounced of it three times now on the 4H chart, and if it doesn't break it down then I expect a big move up in the not so distant future.
If it does break the trendline down then I expect it to go back to test the bottom of the triangle.
Note: I don't often mention fundamentals, but the news on ETH is leaning towards the bullish case.
Additionally, the minimum stake of 32 for nodes might cause some buying as well.
