Look closely at the TA outlined here. The weekly chart is closing in on a very important moment, where decision time coming in Q2 2019. Notice weekly oversold RSI. Trendiline support plus the round number as well as psychology level of 0.02 - this is huge. Not too sure what the possible catalyst could be that would result in ETH all of the sudden massively out-performing BTC next year, other than the development of extremely bullish TA. In this scenario i would imagine a massive bull market for the quality alt coins as well. Also note that this scenario is dependent on BTC vs.USD turning bullish, soil that does not happen, and BTC sells off into $1,500 levels, then ETH/BTC likely to get crushed even harder. One thing is for sure - there will always be a price.
