When Price Hits Supply Trend Will Remain Bearish

Prices have fallen deep out of the demand zone. Begin to look for a temporary bottoming effect even though price might drop a bit farther, but do begin to look for this bottoming effect because keep in mind you have this supply level that price has yet to acknowledge. Price always acknowledges supply and demand levels at some point, it's just a question of whether price will hold those levels and reverse. So keep that area on the chart in mind. Supply and demand levels provide you excellent markers when trading. Now there is an area on the chart within the demand zone where a new level of supply exists. I will talk about that later. In closing, price will either get very close to supply and reverse or price will land squarely in supply where price will either break through a bit before reversing or sellers will take over within the supply zone.
