ETH bulls have to hold higher low

After the hourly oversold bounce played out last night, the bears quickly took back over and erased the gains.
The bear volume on the pullback is comparatively much lower than BTC.
It is not game over for the bounce, but the hourly and 4 hour charts currently look like bear flags
If we see lower lows we will look for an oversold 4 hour bounce play as we are patient and just playing the short term bounces.
The bears currently own the 4 hour trend, so the length we hold positions must reflect that.
