ETHUSDT needs a breakout from 2k

The price lost the 0.618 Fibonacci retracements on the monthly timeframe and now the price is testing the 1700$ support where the market creates the monthly support.

On the 4h timeframe, the price got rejections from the 4h static resistance on 2k and dynamic one.

How to approach it?

The price needs to create a new bullish impulse and create new breakout from the 2k. According to Plancton's strategy, we can set a nice order
