Ethereum - ETHXBT - Daily - SuperTrending market - Buy Zone
The 1800% rally from the low in Ethereum has to be one of 2016's greatest so far:
When a market is so good,it doesn't get oversold to allow everyone to get in.
I'm no expert on ETHXBT fundamentals, but I like the story and I am late to the party. Distributed computing sounds very promising, but also the violent downside is clearly evident in this chart. ETHXBT is off 30% plus from the high in the last week. Now that is volatility.
Look at how there are no CCI(11) readings of -100 during the entire rally. That is impressive.
We are nearly oversold here and we are nearing the 50% speed-line support from the low of this current trend to the high.
Keep your stop below the blue "buy zone" labeled here. Your tolerance for risk will determine how much you can buy and give yourself at least 6% below that blue buy zone area for a stop loss and size your position accordingly.
Also: Do you due diligence on ETHXBT so you won't blame me if this trade doesn't work out.

Right on track with two entry tests of the very bottom of the forecasted "buy zone". BTCUSD is stuck in a triangle, so a breakout in BTCUSD one way or the other might induce new activity in ETHXBT, but I'm going to try to stay on top of this trend.
