Uncertainty with EURUSD Ichimoku cloud weekly

the trend enter into the incertitude cloud. the parity reached a resistance line at 1.1394 .
only good News will bounce the parity out of the incertitude ichimoku cloud.

I am neutral with and wit to see if the parity is up of the resistance line.
