Day 96-16 AUG 2024
Today I was mad at something out of trading world and it effected all my back testing. i have done all the bad habits that caused me loss in previous back testing in a single day and the results was Three dumbbbbb trade that destroyed my trade confidence and journal.
i have to move on but I'm really sad and disappointed, i hope i get well soon and start getting profits.
