- spot Ichimoku is neutral, as both price and short avergares (Tenkan and Kijun) are still located in Kumo, but the forward cloud switched to bullish. Senkou B marks the equilibrium level and major support at 1,0608.
- The brief pull back seen in last 4 days quickly faded yesterday, and candle couldn't even close below 100wma. Heikin-Ashi gave a very clear buy signal today: green body, haDelta+ and haOscillator crossed up. More to follow if price breaks out of the cloud and these indicators move above their center lines!
- EWO is bullish. MACD is above zero -> watch if histogram starts ticking up again: would be further bullish signal.
Should buyers keep control, short term bullish target zone can be 1,10-1,11, marked by weekly Kumo and 100wma. Once market trades and closes above 1,11 on a weekly basis, that would be a game changer.
Note: EURUSD technical picture is pretty similar to Gold chart (pls see link below). For me no problem to hold long in both, but with little more weighting towards Gold (XAUUSD or $GC).
