FCEL is a nice breakout after 4 touches and the price is trading at $9.17. This company is good to buy and hold.
My SNIPER ENTRY is $7.5 to $7.7 if the price action is a bullish candle. My minimum target is $18 in the short term (few weeks), this is more than a 130% gain.
Set STOPLOSS is below $6.40 (15% loss).
