Low Volume/Low Liquidity and cheap, makes it prime to be pumped. The release of "Alexandria" will probably make people FOMO in and get it to know. It's a finished product. Technically it looks good, expecting pump. I've charted Bittrex where most of the volume lays, but Polo should be good as well.
