"Bad news" has almost no effect on the price. FT's price is defined by the technicals, not the fundamentals. Is it a measure of success to be chosen for some government grant? No. It means nothing.
The price of Fortune Minerals already assumes that the project will fail.
Nobody is asking where can the price go if the chart becomes bullish. I'm the only one. Other people may have some chicken-scratch on a chart, but that's not technical analysis.
Think about that. What you own is an option, because right now, that's all Fortune is. A wish and a prayer. So, you hold the worthless stock, or a smart person may think of it as a priceless option that doesn't expire.
