After the last Earnings there was a ~38% drop and then a bounce back. This time GME had an earnings run up then a drop of ~20%. When in doubt, zoom out.
I type what I read on the charts. some people get upset about the objectiveness, but indicators and patterns leave little to subjectivity.
The technicals on this stock do not line up with fundementals, but that is changing. Fundementals do have a play on stock value, whether you like it or not. GME is becoming positive and making pivots, but it is still over valued. This is the reason shorts are a continued play out of this stock.
My knowledge in the game is not that great, but trying to have a comprehensive view of what factors are at play is a goal of mine for research and decision making. Limiting risk is the name of the game growing money. THERE WILL BE RISKS!
If the float is owned and shorts are still in, there is nothing to worry about.
