ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE ETF INDEX (GREK) is recovering

This makes sense because the IMF Article IV Consultation report on Greece (www.imf.org/external...scr/2013/cr13154.pdf) is pretty positive. Any views on my technical analysis of this ETF?
