My reading is:
1- Primary: it could be started the 3rd/ or C of Elliott wave
2- Seems it finished the wave 2 (correction)
Forecasting:
Conservatively: it may go to the upper bound of the channel $14(400%)
Unconservative: I will update when it break the upper channel
Confirmation of upward is breaking $3.75
