Gold Volatility index ready to move up . In way oversold territory and finished wave sequence into time and price target zones . What does it mean ? Gold move up or down ? That depends ... in means option premiums on GLD are set to increase . In the past it typically means an increase in the gold price which is what i am betting on here BUT there are rare times when an increase in GVZ has led to declining gold and silver prices . Either way i see an increase in gold volatility as a good thing for the price action and i do believe it will resolve itself upwards .

Just fell to super demand zone . Cant see this going much lower ! Time to buy gold , sentiment is super bear .
