Bouncing between levels 1,2,3 is unpredictable . Balanced movement will cause a bounce up from the level 3 after the 1 wawe, I suppose it is most likely to happen,also because of the psychological importance of the 20k satoshis level . Breakthrough has to be very powerful.
Can start moving from current price , but 50/50 likely to reach the bottom peak of the triangle and bounce from there.
