I believe we are approaching the time for ltc to make a move if we can manage to start a rally after breaking the 220s level we can see a test to the 300 levels from here possible to pullback to 240 or 200. if we can bounce of 240 possibly we will try and build resistance around 300 . if we pullback to 200 we might see a long hold but possible breakout then could see new highs like 400s.
