LTC may be moving above the upper line of the triangle, at the moment trading above 35,3$, BUT BTC hasn't moved yet, so, we know that Bitcoin dictates major moves, and until it breaks out of its triangle this should be observed only.注释

LTC/BTC went straight up to the previous resistance up to a Satoshi basically.
If we take this resistance into consideration and add expected move up to $44 area, this suggests that BTC now needs to move up in order to push LTC up to its target.
Bullish signs, although caution advised.
