To draw its target we measure the top of the head till the neckline in a straight line, and drag it below the potential breakout.
In pink we can see a potential formation of a descending triangle. you can see it better on lower time frames (1H/4H)
To measure its target we measure the base of the formation (the top of the triangle till its bottom).
