Microsoft has been in a bullish run for a long time, and there is no sign of stopping in our perspective. There will be smaller corrections, but we do believe, that the price is going to go higher. The line below the price indicates the bouncing points of the price, and we can see, that the price should bounce off it shortly. That probably means that we are in for a smaller pullback until the price hits this level.
On the 4H chart, we can see that the bullish momentum has slowed down a bit, which also indicates a smaller pullback until the price hits the line. May be a short opportunity. After the price touches the line, we do expect a bullish move just as on the daily timeframe.
