TL displaying a bullish exaggerated divergence with the price in a range and RSI moving up on the 4hr chart. MTL recently the victim of some bad news with AlphaBit investor exiting completely and selling all his coins. Lot's of fingers pointint to MTL's ICO period, in which tokens were sold for an absurdly cheap price, and investor tokens not being tied up as one of the main reasons for such a dramatic dump in price. MTL has since been consolidating and is sponsoring the Necker Cup put on by Richard Branson at the end of Nov. This as well as some upcoming developments should see MTL out if its recent rut.
