NBL is showing strength and is in a near term bull flag, but a longer term bullish triangle. I am bullish on a breakout as long as we hold the key level and 20 MA as it has been finding nice support/resistance at these levels in recent trading. Longer term I would expect a break to the downside of the rising channel - but there is a gap to fill and a triangle that will likely be broken before this happens.
