2H, 3H, 4H not bullish. 1D MACD still bullish
1H ADX is weak meaning that the downtrend was not strong.
The DMI shows a crossover, meaning there is a BUY
Needs more volume, fairly low at the moment
RSI Analysis: Each time the 1H RSI touches the RSI trend line it shoots up 30% within few hours.
Furthermore: Orion will be released today or tomorrow (see Telegram group)

RSI is going to test RSI support line again. Last time it did, it went up +20%

It retraced nearly 80% from it's last spike, but that's what NEBL does almost every time. Buy now (0.001415) and put a stop loss at 0.001350. Or wait till it gets below 0.14 (high probability with BTC dropping at the moment)
