NEOS Pennant forming

A small pennant is forming and we should see a break out soon.
I placed an order on 0.00103890

I will get 50% at ~0.00109 and the rest probably at ~0.0011 or maybe event more.

As expected, we broke out, but it all seems a bit to soon.
Volumes remain low, so we should keep seeing an upward trend.
