Here you need not necessarily buy at BUY above value only. If the Market goes below SELL BELOW and slowly get stable above SELL Below it signifies SELL Below Resistance. We can buy even then with 1st SELL below Target as Stop loss. Just see these levels as ladders. OPEN price=SUPPORT is high tendency of UP and OPEN price =RESISTANCE is high tendency of DOWN
