- Major shareholder = INVENTEC APPLIANCES CORP (emerged during 2019)
- A Turnaround company. They have been recording profit since year 2021, due to better performance from their EMS Segment, with higher volume sold
- Net Cash Company with 2sen/share.
- Corporate Exercise: Subscription price = RM0.175. Tentative listing date for the subscribed rights share = 27 th July.
