Steinhoff - showing first buy signals after more than one year
Last week the first (unaudited) report from Steinhoff was released and showed good results (company growth more than 3 %) which is really good result because Steinhoff had really hard trading conditions in 2018 after manipulating the last yearly report.
The company is in a good position and I see no reason why business should not continue here in the future. Most of the management board has been replaced and the most important shareholders are still on board. I bought 10,000 shares after the outbreak at 0.105 and hold them until at least the publication of the audit report. In my opinion, Steinhoff is currently heavily undervalued, I see a fair valuation at 1.10 to 1.20. Big investors will buy in at latest after releasing the official and audited reports for 2017/2018.
RSI´s are near support and looking for reversal.
short term targets: 0,17 & 0,23
long term targets: 0,35 & 0,56 & 1,10
