Today, I'll like to talk a little about trading psychology. Many of us have had that particular trade that ruined our account simply because we believed that the price could never break that support, the price could never get to that resistance level, and the price can never get to that level. So we keep adding to losing positions because of the underlying belief that price can never get to a certain level.
Well, in my little experience, the market knows how to kill such "sacred cows" very well.
In the chart above we see precious Solana. in the last bull run, Solana was one of the most performing assets with an all-time high of about 260 USD. Well, fast-forward to December 2022, and Solana is currently trading below 12 USD. That is a drop of over 95% to the downside.
Time will fail me to talk about Luna or FTT.
Dear trader, never say never. It has happened before. It could happen again, or it may never happen again. It's all probabilities.
As we approach the new year, It's time to remind ourselves that in the world of financial markets, nothing is impossible. We're not fortune tellers. We're traders.
