Is SPLK in a mood for a breakout?

Just and idea...

SPLK bounced from an ascending triangle trendline, if it will breakout from this annoying Sell Block area, then there is not much holding it back till $116.

Play it as R:R 1:2.25 or simple 3% and run.

FOMC tomorrow and tech not much in strength lately. MSFT earnings are today (25.07) and can change whole trade setup.
