I've noticed that in the 2008 there were two double bottom, so i've connected the minimum of the bottom with a line. I've also noticed that when the s&p broke that line it had a realy bad downfall. Now, beetwen july and february 2016 what i can see i the same thing so, for a sort of cyclicity and because of a long period of growth, i think that if s&p will break the line betwen the two double bottoms it could lead to a new crisis, like happened in 2008.
