Michael Burry is an American investor who became famous for predicting the 2008 financial crisis and making his investors win billions while he personally earned 100 million dollars. He was studying a single sector at that time. Now he is predicting a crash in all the sectors combined in the US economy. According to an article on Business Insider, Burry predicted that inflation would cool as the economy weakens in 2023, spurring the Fed and US government to stimulate demand — and reignite inflation. He also sees a US recession in 2023 and an inflation spike.
