SPY should be coming back to its downward channel

SPY made a doji over the downward channel... I want to see it get back into the channel and the 23%-38% retracement zone today; RSI (around 50) and volume did not confirm a breakout so I am just calling it an outlier based on, yet, more rumors about the Fed rates
