Look for Group of 3 continuous bar, where bar 2 must be the biggest bar compare bar 1, 2 PLUS there must be a “gap” ( as shown on this white rectangle ) within the high of bar 1 and the low of bar 3 ( for the case on demand Zone). For the case of supply Zone it is “the reverse” sequence of demand Zone which shown on red rectangle in attached images.
