This is a pattern that is based on time and not percentages. None the less its a pattern.

::Education:: The issue with time based TA like mine vs percentage based TA is that its performed by humans and it would require other people to TA the same way to be an accurate indicator. On the other hand, because there are a lot of BOTs in this market place, its probably more accurate to identify indicators based on algorithms linked to percentages.
