Price has been ranging since the Asian and London session. Not sure if NYSE open will bring in volume. The two targets don't have much of a range and price might be choppy. Waiting for market open to see what price does. If its still in the range at market open until 10am, I will not look for a trade. If price does have volume and breaks the range I might take a quick scalp but won't expect a full TP.
